About the Position

In the role of Quality Engineer, you will play a central role in ensuring the quality of purchased items, materials, and subsystems across various product groups. You will work closely with both suppliers and internal quality functions and become an important part of driving improvements throughout the supply chain.

Your work may include:

• Setting and following up on quality requirements in quotes, contracts, and purchase orders
• Conducting process and product audits at suppliers
• Ensuring supplier performance quality and driving corrective actions
• Managing deviations and complaints and conducting root cause analyses
• Working with risk assessments and improvement programs
• Participating in control work and case management in internal systems

Travel may be required for this position.

We would like you to have experience with quality methods such as 8D, DMAIC, 6σ, RCA, MSA, or FMEA.

Your Profile

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Have a university degree in engineering
• Have experience in quality work or supplier quality
• Are structured, analytical, and used to driving issues forward
• Have good communication and collaboration skills in both internal and external contacts
• Enjoy taking initiative, are self-driven, and can lead activities when needed
• Swedish citizenship is required due to collaboration with companies in the defense industry
• Good Swedish and English skills in both spoken and written form are a prerequisite
